How We Serve You
Comprehensive programs covering Medicaid, private insurance, and private pay.
Long-term care services for the elderly and persons with mental or physical challenges. Individuals must meet Medicaid medical standards.
All Medicaid-eligible children under age 21 qualify for EPSDT services. Personal care provided by attendants who assist those unable to care for themselves.
Medicaid Home and Community Based waiver services providing alternatives to nursing home placement, enabling individuals to live in the community.
Supervised Independent Living for individuals three years or older, offered a waiver slot, meeting MRDD and financial/medical certification criteria.
Financial assistance for veterans and surviving spouses — up to $24,240 per year toward home care services.
We accept private insurance and private pay for individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid but still require professional personal care.
What Our DSWs Provide
Our Direct Support Workers assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL), maintaining client dignity and independence.
- Individuals between the ages of 6 months and 99 years
- Disabled according to Medicaid standards or SSI disability criteria
- Meets medical standards for nursing facility admission but can be cared for at home or in a community-based setting
- Able to participate in own care through a responsible representative
- Faces a substantial possibility of deterioration without personal care services
